Celebrate the Cancer New Moon with a 1-hour sound bath with gongs, Nepali bowls, chimes, and drum. We will then sit with feverfew and enjoy a handcrafted tea. Feverfew is known for a cooling and drying benefit - calming frustration, quelling heightened emotions, and inviting a clear mind.

This event is designed to help you set a monthly intention based on the season, deeply relax embodying the sound of gong, singing bowls, and story, and embrace the coming month.
What to Expect
Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Nepali metal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments that promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Plant Sit & Tea: Participate in a guided meditation to help you focus on your intentions for the season ahead and sit with Feverfew as you enjoy a cup of tea to learn from its ancient wisdom. Note - Feverfew is not safe if pregnant to drink.
