What to Expect
90 Minutes of Pure Sound: Through the sounds of chakra attuned Nepali singing bowls, gongs, rhythmic drumming, and chimes your bioenergetic field (the aura) is gently cleansed and your nervous system shifts into a parasympathetic state (rest and digest). We know from research the benefits beyond rest include lowering blood pressure and cortisol levels. This provides a sense of balance and calmness, leaving you feeling well rested. Our Sunday sound experience is seeks to take you from the mystical and magical to practical and grounded, then back again. As above. So below.
