Relax and restore for the week ahead with a 90-minute sound bath and personal tarot forecast brought to you by Attune Sound Therapy.
What to Expect
Sound Bath: We will begin with an hour of sound bathing. Through the sounds of chakra attuned Nepali singing bowls, gongs, rhythmic drumming, and chimes your bioenergetic field (the aura) is gently cleansed and your nervous system shifts into a parasympathetic state (rest and digest). We know from research the benefits beyond rest include lowering blood pressure and cortisol levels. This provides a sense of balance and calmness, leaving you feeling well rested. Our Sunday sound experience is seeks to take you from the mystical and magical to practical and grounded, then back again. As above. So below.
Personal Tarot Forecast: We will then practice throwing tarot using your own deck or one of Attune's.…
