New Moon Sound Bath with a Feverfew Tea Ceremony and Journaling

30-minute tea ceremony and plant sit with PNW Feverfew which enhances digestion, supports managing arthritis, toothaches, and the cyclical pain of menstruation. We will then have a 1-hour sound bath with gongs, Nepali bowls, chimes, and drum. $20-$40. NOTE - NOT SAFE IF PREGNANT TO DRINK FEVERFEW.

New Moon Tea Ceremony & Sound Bath
Join us for a transformative evening of relaxation and creativity as we celebrate the new moon with a sound bath and tea ceremony. This event is designed to help you set a monthly intention based on the season, deeply relax embodying the sound of gong, singing bowls, and story, and embrace the coming month.
What to Expect
Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Nepali metal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments that promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Plant Sit & Tea: Participate in a guided meditation to help you focus on your intentions for the season ahead and sit with Feverfew as you enjoy a cup of tea to learn from its ancient wisdom. Note - Feverfew is not safe if pregnant to drink.
