Offer gratitude to Mother Earth on this day of the final harvest, celebrating all the fruits this year has born. We will have one hour of sound bathing followed by a handcrafted harvest tea, featuring Cronewort, Sage, Yarrow, and Rosemary. $35/person.

Fall Equinox Sound Bath & Harvest Tea
Celebrate the balance of light and dark by reflecting on and offering gratitude for the radiant abundance Mother Earth has offered us this year at the traditional time of the final harvest.
We will begin with an hour of sound bathing. Through the sounds of chakra attuned singing bowls, gong, rhythmic drumming, and chimes your bioenergetic field (the aura) is gently cleansed and your nervous system shifts into a parasympathetic state (rest and digest). We know from research the benefits beyond rest include lowering blood pressure and cortisol levels. This provides a sense of balance and calmness, leaving you feeling well rested. Our Solstice sound experience will be a fully improvised production wth melodies inspired by the warming and relaxed feeling of falling asleep by the campfire.
