The new moon each month is a blank slate for intention setting. The theme of Capricorn is about new projects and setting intentions related to career, ambition, and structure. We'll spend the evening doing a meditation and journal session on these topics and then doing a 60-minute sound bath.

New Moon Gong Bath and Poetry Event
Join us for a transformative evening of relaxation and creativity as we celebrate the new moon with a sound bath and poetry session. This event is designed to help you set a monthly intention based on the season, deeply relax embodying the sound of gong, singing bowls, and story, and embrace the coming month.
What to Expect
Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Nepali metal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments that promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Poetry Reading: Experience the power of words inspired by themes of the lunar cycle from Harvest to the Cold moon as we move into a season of slowing.
Intention Setting: Participate in a guided meditation to help you focus on your intentions for the lunar cycle ahead.
