Join us for a transformative morning to celebrate Samhein with a sound bath, meditation, and smudging ceremony. This event is designed to help you set a monthly intention based on the season, deeply relax, and leave feeling cleansed and ready to move into a day of honoring ancestors and what seasons of your life have passed.
What to Expect
Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Nepali metal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments that promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Plant Sit & Smudgling: Participate in a guided meditation to help you focus on your intentions for the season ahead and sit with Cronewort and be sent off with a smudge of Rosemary to learn from the ancient wisdom of these plants.
