About the event
Sunday Sound Bath & Tulsi Tea Ceremony
Relax and restore for the week ahead with a 90-minute sound bath and tea ceremony brought to you by Attune Sound Therapy.
What to Expect
Sound Bath: We will begin with an hour of sound bathing. Through the sounds of chakra attuned Nepali singing bowls, gongs, rhythmic drumming, and chimes your bioenergetic field (the aura) is gently cleansed and your nervous system shifts into a parasympathetic state (rest and digest). We know from research the benefits beyond rest include lowering blood pressure and cortisol levels. This provides a sense of balance and calmness, leaving you feeling well rested. Our Sunday sound experience will be a fully improvised production with melodies inspired by the warming and relaxed feeling of falling asleep outside on a sunny day in nature.
Tea Ceremony: We will then have a ceremony to integrate the energy work, featuring handcrafted Tulsi…
