This event is designed to help you set a monthly intention based on the season, deeply relax embodying the sound of gong, singing bowls, and story, and embrace the coming month.
What to Expect
Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Nepali metal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments that promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Plant Sit & Tea: Participate in a guided meditation to help you focus on your intentions for the season ahead and sit with Mullein as you enjoy a cup of Chamomile and Mullein tea to learn from the ancient wisdom of these plants.
